Concerns about this site. If something on the site is wrong, a form didn't work, or you're unhappy with how your request was passed along, call (563) 555-0188 and tell us what happened. Please include the date you contacted us and the property address so we can find your request. We'll look into it and correct anything we got wrong.

Concerns about a roofer. The roofer who received your request is an independent business, and any contract is between you and that roofer. Start by raising the problem with the roofer directly, in writing if you can, and keep copies of your contract, estimate, photos and receipts. Please also let us know, since it helps us decide where future requests go.

If the matter isn't settled, these offices can help:

• Iowa Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division: 888-777-4590, for complaints about a contractor's sales practices, contracts or home-repair dealings.
• Iowa Insurance Division: 877-955-1212, for questions about your insurance policy, a claim or an insurance professional.
• Davenport Public Works: 563-326-7745, for questions about a City permit or a roofer's City of Davenport contractor license.
• Iowa contractor registration line: 515-242-5871, to check a contractor's state registration.

We can't settle disputes between you and a roofer, award refunds for their work or act for you with your insurer. We can listen, record your concern and point you to the right office.
