What we collect. When you fill in a form or call (563) 555-0188, we receive what you choose to give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, the property address and a note about your roof. Calls may be recorded or logged so a request isn't lost. Like most websites, the site may also record basic visit data, such as pages viewed, the type of browser and the general area a visit came from, through cookies or similar tools.

How we use it. We use your details to send your request to one independent local roofer, who then contacts you about an inspection and an estimate. We may also use them to answer a question you asked us, or to check that the forms and phone line are working.

Who sees it. Your request goes to one roofer, not to a list of companies. We don't sell your details to data brokers or marketing lists. We may share information if the law requires it, or with service providers who host the site or handle calls for us, under the same limits. Once a roofer has your details, that roofer's own privacy practices apply to anything you discuss with them.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call (563) 555-0188. We keep request records only as long as we need them to run the service and meet legal duties.

Children. This site is meant for adult homeowners and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes. If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page.
