What we are not. We are not a roofing company. We do no roofing work, inspect no roofs, give no bids or prices, sign no contracts and never handle insurance claims. We don't represent you with your insurer or negotiate any claim.

What happens to a request. When you call or send a form, we pass your details to one independent local roofer. That roofer contacts you, and from that point you deal with the roofer directly. You choose whether to book an inspection, accept an estimate or hire anyone at all.

How the site is paid for. Roofers may pay us for the referrals we send them. You never pay us anything for a referral, and nothing about the referral changes the price a roofer quotes you.

What homeowners never receive. We don't offer homeowners gifts, gift cards, rebates, credits, discounts, referral rewards or help with an insurance deductible, and no roofer may offer you one through us. Under Iowa Code § 103A.71, a residential contractor can't advertise or promise to rebate any part of your deductible.

No endorsement. Sending your request to a roofer is not a guarantee of that roofer's work and is not an endorsement by any city, county or state office. Before you sign, ask for the roofer's City of Davenport contractor license if your home is inside city limits, the Iowa contractor registration number, proof of insurance, written warranties and an itemized contract.
